Q. Who will be doing all the work?
A. As a 'sole trader' I will be doing the work and unless othwerwise agreed will not be subcontracted out to anyone else.
Q. Do you do editing as well as proofreading?
A. My specific area is non-fiction copy editing and proofreading. If you are unsure of what this entails please take a look at the document entitled What is Proofreading. Alternatively you can see an introductory video on YouTube. I can also point you in the right direction if you need other editorial services.
Q. What are your rates?
A. I aim to be affordable and my rates are similar to those suggested by the Society for Editors and Proofreaders and the National Union of Journalists. However in order to provide you with an accurate quotation I would need a few simple pieces of information. This is all explained on my Contact Me page.
Q. Do you offer any discounts?
A. For students and charitable work I will offer a discount to my standard rates. Please do Contact Me to discuss further.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. I prefer a direct payment via bank transfer or mobile payment using Barclay's Pingit service. All payment options are specified on my invoices.

A. Yes, absolutely. It is just that, based on my educational background, paid employment, voluntary work and other interests I have acquired knowledge, experience and understanding in the areas highlighted as my areas of speciality - General Science, IT, Business Documents, Photography and Sport.
